I did not want to leave, spent warm time and would definitely recommend. Liked the place, it was attractive and worked for me. The staff was delightful, as well as owner.

Everything was great as always. Superb location and food, I liked it. Location close enough to Kirkby Stephen, Coast, the centre of Kirkby Stephen. Clean bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, pretty nice bedroom.

a quiet little hotel with attentive service. there was lots of food that was reasonably priced. in my twin room there was a very comfy bed that i enjoyed. the staff did all they can for a nice stay.

So glad we choose it, it's fine base for staying in Kirkby Stephen. This accommodation had a central setting. A traditional bar does the trick. It offers reasonable prices👍

The entire experience was LOVELY. This hotel had everything we needed, we really enjoyed stuff and facilities. One of the dining options, Black Bull Venue, was 5 mins walk away. Chilled-out base for trip in Kirkby Stephen.

The breakfast was incredible, a great selection of choice. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.
